Most of us spend way too much time hunched over our laptops and desktops and mobile devices. This behavior can wreak havoc with one's posture and/or cause muscle aches, and can also affect other aspects of well being.
In this session I will teach a few basic Qi Gongs (and if we have time, some Tai Chi walking) from the Northern Shaolin Kung Fu tradition that will help realign, de-stress, and revitalize you, clear your mind, and let you better absorb the vast amounts of information you're learning here at Drupalcon!
Let's meet on Level 4, which will hopefully be less crowded and little quieter.
