Twitter? Bootstrap!

Twitter Bootstrap is not a paranoia. It's the way how we do themes today.

Drupal is great itself. Twitter Bootstrap — too. But connected together they can deliver a really magic things.

I want to share with community my great experience after using Twitter Bootstrap with Drupal, namely:

  • How to easily create fully responsive & clean looking themes.
  • How to quickly create slideshow using the power of blocks / regions [automatically].
  • How to introduce SrcollSpy navigation to your Drupal site [automatically] (http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/javascript.html#scrollspy).
  • How to make an ideal navigation bar (including logo, search box and menu with dropdowns, dividers and subheadings).
  • How to easily affix some regions (i.e. containing share buttons or polls).
  • How to update jQuery version and don't brake the Drupal.
  • How to connect Twitter Bootstrap CSS/JS in a proper way.
  • How to create powerful subthemes just with 2 files.
  • ... and [of course] some magic tricks.

After this BoF you will be able to create websites like mine in minutes!

Join me and share your experience with Twitter Bootstrap! Even if it's negative.

To be prepared for the discussion you can have a look at these links [but you don't have to]:
