Due by 2 August	Submit your Business Showcase Session or Lightning Talk
Due by 23 August	Submit a personalized thank you tweet *If personal message not received, we will select a canned tweet. See the webform for details. Submit a Job Board posting or special promotional offer.
Due by 12 September	RSVP for Sponsor Appreciation Happy Hour
Due by 17 September	Exhibit items must arrive at advance receiving warehouse (Note: There is a receiving or “drayage” charge). Download shipping instructions Download transport and handling form Tote bag inserts must arrive at advance receiving warehouse. *There is no drayage fee for shipping inserts to us. Submit to the webform your shipping tracking numbers. Without your tracking numbers, we can’t help you find materials if they get lost en route! Any specialty items for specific sponsorships (eg branded coffee cups) must arrive at advance receiving warehouse.
