Your mission:

Your main job functions will be:
- Consult with our clients on complex and comprehensive projects (Paris area only)
- Technical Project Manager on Drupal projects:

• Coordinate technical developments made by our teams (developers/themers)
• Mentor your technical team on quotes and developments of Drupal projects in order for them to gain competence
• Ensure the quality of technical deliverables
• Ensure communication with Functional Project Managers
• Ensure work is delivered on time, and within budget
• Be part of our R&D program
• Develop pre-sales technical documentation
• Participate in the Drupal Community, particularly through our partnership with DrupalFrance

In collaboration with a distributed team, you will contribute to the design and development of Drupal sites:

• Search and selection of modules
• Applications architecture and configuration
• Infrastructure design and conception
• Data stream modeling
• Writing technical specifications
• Code review
• Creation of new modules
• Development of unit tests
• Performance optimization
• Technical support
• Lower layers configuration

Your profile:

You graduated with at least a Bachelor Degree (BAC+3) and since have acquired the following technical skills:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks mastery) and PHP are a must
• Drupal CMS mastery
• More than 4 years of practical experience in Drupal development
• Proven experience developing state-of-the-art modules adhering to Drupal best practices guidelines
• A history of successful coordination of technical resources
• Proven track record of delivering technical projects within agreed deadlines; ability to provide accurate estimates on time required to complete technical issues

You have listening skills, a good analytical mind and quickly grasp the meaning of complex subjects

You’re able to translate business/functional requirements into technical specifications, and to communicate complex information to a non-technical audience

You have good interpersonal skills and motivate, train and inspire people around you

You’re organized, rigorous and can perform at a high level with minimal guidance
