Responsible for providing technical pre-sales support to help qualify, advance, and close new business opportunities. Priorities include supporting the sales team on qualified opportunities by bridging the gap between customer needs, product functionality, and business value, providing technical guidance with customers and Partners in responding to RFPs and customers meetings, educating and training Delivery Partners, and providing proper handoff to the Professional Services team for effective delivery of services.
