Responsible for developing, supporting and growing the Technical Support organization and offering for Drupal Commerce by providing SLA based support to Drupal Commerce customers and Delivery Partners delivering Drupal Commerce sites.
Priorities include supporting resolution of issues for customers under a support contract, development and implementation of operational processes & systems to manage & track service level delivered, and building a cross-cultural team of support engineers to meet the growing demand for Drupal Commerce support.
