Responsible for outbound identification of new opportunities and cross sell/up-sell opportunities with existing customers.
Priorities include proactive identification, targeting and pursuit of known Drupal Commerce users as well as new customers on older commerce platforms, and response to immediate inbound inquiries via chat and other real-time tools.
