With more than 8 years as a Drupal specialist, Campbell brings significant experience to the table. In this time Campbell has worked as a developer, themer, strategist, and project manager, which gives him a unique perspective on the platform and supporting technologies. Campbell is a regular contributor to Drupal code and documentation, and maintains a module of his own which originally started from a need on a client project. Campbell's background is as a system administrator, which gives him a specialist's eye for server level issues such as security and performance. Campbell speaks English, French, Italian, and German, a byproduct of his training as an opera singer. This unusual combination of technical depth and interpersonal communication makes Campbell a strong technical leader for the 5 Rings team.
